Mr. Williams is the President and Co-Founder of Pro Star Logistics. Mr. Williams co-founded and built Pro Star Logistics on the core principles of integrity, results, and value added transportation partnerships. Under the direction of Matt Williams, Pro Star Logistics has experienced rapid growth by providing results oriented solutions to both simple and complex transportation challenges.
Pro Star Logistics’ success is derived from Mr. Williams understanding of all three sides of the logistics equation; the shipper, the carrier, and the broker. After earning his degree in Logistics and Operations Management, Mr. Williams gained experience at United Parcel Services (UPS), 3Com, Manufacturer’s Services, Ltd., US Express, Watkins Motor Lines, and FedEx Freight. The combination of core principles and diverse industry experience has resulted in excellent customer retention and loyalty for Mr. Williams and his company.
Mr. Starling, President of Pro Star Fulfillment graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance. Mr. Starling has a wide range of experience within various corporate functions from sales to operations throughout his career. Mr. Starling is also a managing partner of Pro Star Logistics and Pro Star Parcel. He is directly responsible for strategic growth and yield management for the Pro Star family of companies.
A native of Utah, Mr. Starling and his wife, Renee, have three-children, ages one to seven. Mr. Starling is very active in the Salt Lake City community, providing leadership and direction to local youth and adults.
Mr. Gonzalez facilitates Pro Star’s involvement in key strategic partnerships, while also developing network capacity to actively engage targeted business segments. Mr. Gonzalez works closely with vendors to identify products which will support corporate expansion while achieving positive financial results from all business operations.
Mr. Gonzalez was employed with Federal Express for 18 years as District Manager. In 1998 Mr. Gonzalez became Vice-President of Operations for a large non-vessel operating common carrier services (NVOCC) where he added distribution and warehousing divisions, along with a trucking company to their successful portfolio of services. NVOCC sales grew from $10M in gross sales to $50M in gross sales in 4 years.
Mr. Gonzalez graduated from Florida International University. He is married and has one child.
